The Program lets you earn commissions by referring paying customers to Seed4.Me VPN. You promote Seed4.Me via unique tracking links and banners; we pay you a share of revenue from qualifying purchases. Seed4.Me runs on Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, Android TV, routers, and Kindle — commissions apply across all platforms.

We may refuse or revoke membership at our sole discretion.
We review each application individually, evaluating whether your traffic source is a suitable fit for the Seed4.Me brand. Applying does not guarantee acceptance, and we may decline without giving a reason. On approval, you'll receive dashboard access, a tracking link, banners, and promotional materials.
Keep your registration information accurate and up to date. Providing false information is grounds for immediate termination.
Use only the links we provide. Do not modify, cloak, or obscure them in ways that interfere with tracking.
Allowed: your own websites, blogs, social media (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.), opt-in email newsletters, and paid advertising (subject to Section 6).
Not allowed: spam or unsolicited email, posting on platforms where you don't have rights, or any placement that violates the host platform's terms.
Choose one of two plans on approval:

These figures are illustrative only and are not a guarantee of earnings. Actual commissions depend on customer behaviour and plan selection.
Qualifying purchases: A sale qualifies when it is tracked to your link, completed, not refunded or charged back, and does not violate this Agreement.
Payouts: Request a payout any time your balance reaches $50. Balances below $50 accrue until the threshold is met.
Payment methods: PayPal, Wise, Direct Bank Transfer (worldwide), Webmoney, QIWI. Contact affiliates@seed4.me for other options.
No self-referrals: You may not refer your own accounts. Self-referral commissions will be reversed; repeat abuse leads to termination.
Taxes: You are solely responsible for taxes on commissions. We may request tax documents (e.g., W-9 or W-8BEN) and withhold payment until they are provided.
Rates and plan terms may change at our discretion. See Section 12 for how we notify you of changes.
The following may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of pending commissions:
We may withhold or reverse commissions we determine resulted from prohibited conduct, at our sole discretion.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Seed4.Me name, logo, and approved materials solely to promote the Program. You must:
This licence ends immediately when your participation ends. Approved materials are in your dashboard.
You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship wherever you post an Affiliate Link — near the link, not buried in footnotes. Example: "This post contains affiliate links. I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link, at no extra cost to you."
We use multi-device referral tracking designed to attribute purchases across sessions and devices where technically feasible. Tracking is provided on a best-effort basis only — we do not guarantee that every referral will be captured.
Tracking may fail due to factors outside our control, including: ad blockers, private browsing, cookie restrictions, iOS/Android privacy settings, VPN or proxy use by the referred customer, or disconnected payment flows.
Our internal records are the sole authoritative source for determining whether a qualifying referral occurred. Our records prevail over any third-party data, and we are not obligated to investigate discrepancies raised more than 30 days after the transaction date.
You are responsible for ensuring your own platforms comply with applicable privacy and cookie laws (GDPR, ePrivacy, CCPA, etc.).
By you: Email affiliates@seed4.me at any time. Commissions at or above the payout threshold that are not under dispute or investigation will be paid out within a reasonable period after verification.
By us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you violate this Agreement, we detect fraud, or continued participation creates legal or reputational risk. Commissions may be forfeited on termination for cause.
After termination: Remove all Affiliate Links and brand assets from your platforms. Sections 6, 7, 8, 11, and 13 survive termination.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from: your promotional activities, your content, your violation of this Agreement or applicable law, or any third-party claim related to your participation in the Program. We may assume control of our own defence at any time, and you agree to cooperate.
We may update this Agreement at any time. Where practicable, we'll notify active Affiliates by email or dashboard notice before changes take effect. Changes required by law, to prevent fraud, or to protect the Program's integrity may take effect immediately without notice. Continued participation after any change constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, your remedy is to terminate per Section 10.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delaware, and you consent to that jurisdiction. You and we are independent contractors — nothing here creates a partnership, agency, or employment relationship.
